Impossible Port in.

Please, Please anyone, someone, How is it that I have found it TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE to Port In from Cell-C to Telkom. 5 In store requests, Daily calls to Mobile call center, 4 Failed Applications and absolutely no answers from anybody!!!!. Call Center staff have different opinions with every call, Will not or May not redirect my call to Porting Division for answers. Such a simple process they are completely unable to complete. Please anyone with a similar experience and advise?
 
Have you tried the SMS to port feature?

SMS PORTME#1234567#89XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX to 0811607678 where 1234567 is your ID number and 89xxxxx is the Telkom simcard number you are porting to.
 
Thanks Bud. A lengthily review on Hello Peter prompted a rather quick response from FNB Connect. Evidently it was FNB Connect Blocking the Port In on there side. Had something to do with a Previous Port in Application made (and Cancelled) by Vodacom 3 Months prior. Apparently after contacting Vodacom Customer care, they explained that they have to escalate a service request through to there Tech. department to remove this application on there system. even though there System reflects that the Port application was Cancelled.
 
SMS PORTME Service only works with Pay As Go Sim. For Contract Sim, You have to go In-Sort. Regardless, Port In Now Sorted, FINALLY.....
