So does anyone here know how to stop vodacom online sales or call center sales to stop calling. We have told them everytime to please stop calling.
The last call we had now guy said to us that he will only stop calling if we upgrade.
He also says that Vodacom will sign us automaticaly into a 36 month contract if we do not upgrade through him. Which I know is BS already. We will upgrade when ready.
The number that calls is 0104985202 and it looks like it is Vodacom direct. If they carry on like this then they going to force us to port our numbers away from them.
Can someone confirm if that is a Vodacom direct or is it some 3rd party that is a pain in the a$$.
Who do we report them to if they do not stop.
That number is the main number they call from but there is other numbers. If we start ignoring every call that comes in then whats the point of having a phone.
Sorry had to vent and hopefully someone can let me know where and how to report these call center agents. Is there a way to get all the call recordings so we can use as evidence if need be?
