Incident Report... when?

Okay I phoned again... they said definitly by the end of this day... next two hours.
I then told them that they said that yeterday three times... and they said that three times today so no offense but they are talking ****.

They are making themselves look exaclty like Sentech did and that WBS will be your downfall.

What did they e-mail say about Tomorrow they doing Network Maintance, I went to the Incident page, I saw nothing there, yet to me WBS is bad practise for Business. They don't have people skills to keep people in contact with the Problems there network issue they've.

you have not ONCE shown proper speed test... you either seeking attention... lying... or work for WBS... either of the three you're an ASS... cuz not once have you EVER submitted a speed test... SO bugger off and shut up!!!
 
thats why i posted three of them, ok what else must i do, should I post a .mov screen capture? you are obviously one who loves to crit it, what about the other users that just reported high speeds? were they lying too, did i bribe them?

am i? am i really, or am I someone that didn't want to join in the WBS bashing and had to take crap because of it and then when thing turn around i'm a "reseller"

WBS Incident report :

Our Incident reporter is currently on the beach at the moment, so we can't actually post an incident report, other than this one.
Our Incident reporter is also the guy that maintains our website, so if you see a default Apache page that is up live for two days, it's because it's a weekend and we're all on the beach.
Later this week, we are going for intensive training at Sentech head offices. The training involves the following :-

* How to ignore your customers
* How to lie about your services
* How to blame your customers for poor service
* How to create misleading advertising
* How to create new Slimothy style customers
* The art of the Bait and Switch
