Increase in attacks

Yes, there has been a marked increase in attacks lately. The intertron is stirring.

Spooky.
 
Here we are taking strain too- both sites are under constant attack

Any one any ideas why and who- I am feeling a bit homocidal by now:mad:
 
So it's a general thing? Had a luser infect one of my boxes with a trojan. Thought the increased attacks was because of that. Thought I missed something somewhere

I'm using Win2k3, have activated all possible logging for VPN connections, and Smoothwall to log external connection attempts. Web and FTP server also logs connection attempts, but since it sits in the DMZ, I'm not too worried about this one.
 
My Smoothwall is going nuts on the DMZ, even ZoneAlarm picked this up when I moved a box to the DMZ to see what the problem was! I've even had a few attempts to VNC my machines :D
 
And not for the first time I'm quite happy that I'm part of a giant worldwide WAN with security folks who do nothing else but monitor and prevent :D Excellent.
 
Anybody willing to write a program, which, once it detects an intrusion attempt, will heat up said intruder's keyboard quickly so said intruder's fingers get burnt? :D :D :D
 
No shock them to death- you are faaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr to lenient - the must frie and their flesh cruble in black dust in a pile around their chairs-
