Incredible Connection - do they EVER reply to emails?

I must have submitted 10 queries to IC via their site over the years and am yet to receive a reply.

I realise that I could just go into a store and speak to someone who has no idea about anything or even call there and do the same.

I also realise that IC rely on non-internet savvy customers for the bulk of their sales.

I am still surprised, that in this day and age, an IT company, especially one the size of IC can get away with not being contactable AT ALL via the internet.

I have sent an email regarding a hdd enclosure but have never gotten a reply!

The employees at IC are as sharp as a rock!

Their stores are the worst - superkeen to help you when you walk in the door, then when you ask them anything vaguely tech-related, they have no idea.

Have spojken to maybe two knowledgeable people at an IC store in all my many trips there.

I have phoned them before and got through easily. I would never ever even think about emailing them.

I was trying to apply for a part time job there in the tech department. After 2 calls they told me to apply through their website. All the Job opportunities link does is take me to the career junction website of which they aren't even registered with

Surprisingly not on all things. Sometimes there specials are good and their laptop prices have always been decent. As have their cellular deals.

They could not help with my question about cell phone contract offers, and directed me to the nearest store, though.
