Incredible Connection pamphlet pricing error:New iPad

The units with cellular are being advertised at the same price as the ones with wifi only.

Anyone got one at the "special price"?

From my days, many years back, studying commercial law, I recall it being said that an advert is not a contract but an offer to do business. They cannot be held to the price advertised. Further to this the small print often says E&OE

Well as i posted before... I know of about 10 people that got one at the advertised price, they are honoring the misprint............ I know they where running out of stock at certain stores. Use it, dont use it...

I can confirm majority of Incredible Stores only had stock of 16gig only as of yesterday. If you folks head over to their twitter account "They explicitly said they will honor the price" until the sale end this Sunday".... Reason why they honored the price there is no "Error and Omission - E&O" on their pamphlet+ with consumer act, people could take them on. Best of luck hunting for the "New iPad"

I went and got it at the 'special price.' Most stores have already run out of stock though but it was nice to put one over Incredible for once.

Ha ha, yeah there may not have been an E&OE clause but there is a while stocks last one, so all they do is take all the stock off the shelf and say they are out....
