Incredible Deception..

I finally saved up enough to get the Harmony One with my ebucks..
So my options are limited as to where I can buy, Digital Planet's new site is horrible and I cant find anything there. Even if you search for something you know is there its doesn't come up half the time.
Kalahari has about the best site, but their customer service is not the best and I buy from them with reluctance.
A new addition to the whole ebucks thing is Incredible. So I think I can go and pick up the harmony, even if I have to pay a bit extra.

The price for the thing everywhere is R1199. Incredible Deception? R2000. HTF do they justify being R800 more expensive than anyone else :wtf:.
Even Makro are R1199, tho they never have stock.

This is just a reminder to me exactly how much of a rip off Incredible actually are.
 
Then don't support them if your not happy their price. We live in a free economy where a retailer may charge what they want but more important we the consumer can decide for ourselves if we are prepared to pay the retailers price.

lol, I sure as hell will not be buying from them... I ordered from Kalahari.
 
Maybe everywhere bought it at a lesser cost price and therefore there selling was lower ...?

IC might have bought after the cost went up and have to add on their margins.

Unfortunately the Mass that dont know better will swear by Incredible as a household brand for IT. Ask around on the street as to where you can buy a computer, Incredible incredibly pops up often.

Yup pretty much what he said, if their expensive model is working for them then it is up to the buyers to go elsewhere. There is no rule that you have to be cheap as far as i know.
 
R800 is pretty hefty but i do feel alot of south africans are very jewish (excuse the stereo type) when making IT related hardware purchases.
 
Got a Logitech g110 and MX518 bundle for 1k, that was a better deal then any online retailers where offering, deals pop up everywhere.

Incredible Connection are actually closest to the recommended retail price of R1700-odd ($249.99). Anything below that is a bonus.
 
I really only ever buy from Incredible if they have a special (their special prices are usually very good) or if I can't wait for it to be shipped from one of our eRetailers...

Weird that. I shop with them often and I have always had good service.
