Some interesting remarks I came across on the net of unhappy South Africans having dealt with Incubeta Holdings aka Interface Media. Apparently Mark Shuttleworth has invested R15,000,000 in this company.
... Took out a contract with above company to promote my business. Never came to the party by doing any work as promised. Did not deliver their service on time, but demanded payment. Paid 3 instalments and still nothing, Told them we wished to cancel contract, but they just ignored the problem. After numerous correspondence from myself and my lawyers, I am now blacklisted with ITC as bad payers. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALING WITH INTERFACE MEDIA.

... I have been reading all the complaints here about Interface Media. These guys need to be put out of business! Our company is also one of the unlucky ones who have had nothing but TROUBLE with Interface Media! WE HAVE LOST BUSINESS because of their NON-EXISTENT SERVICE and something needs to be done urgently! I am looking for other affected companies/people who are willing to join me and take this to the next level! PLEASE HELP!

We paid Interface Media R5700 a month in order to improve our rankings with Google, only to see our rankings weaken with every monthly debit - from page two at the initial month to page 5 by the time we cut the purse strings to Interface around 3 months later. Interface then promptly threatened us with court action which we welcomed - after not bringing forth the court action as we wanted - they retaliated by an illegal listing at Trans-Union ITC which our attorneys reversed. This company is a corporate raider that preys upon small businesses via misrepresented contracts that cover themselves for non performance, be warned. Do not sign any contracts with these *******, and if you already have, do not pay them a cent further and seek legal advice asap.

... their sales rep who made big promises stating they will be able to equal or better the traffic to my site if I were to do my google add words advertising with them. and it made perfect business sense to sign up with them as i was spending +-R5000 a month and they said they will be able to do it at R3400 as they receive discounts from google. I signed up with them and my traffic to the site dropped by 60%. i contacted them and they said they cant cancel the contract nor can they increase their budget as there was not enough "budget". I was forced to reinstate my advertising, now I'm paying for both the R5000 and R3400. DO NOT TRUST THEM... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.

... iN 2010 our company was ******* by Interface media and they have the cheek to call me today offering the same ****, surely if you have ripped someone off 4 years ago , you would look for new people to ****, but no they prey on small business owners and keep trying, wait 6 months and they try again ....

... I was contacted to be interviewed by a IT guy and sales lady Kylie they made al kinds of nice promises that my company will be on the first page of google they explained a contract to me and demanded R1700 before I would get my website, I paid it, and waited for 6 weeks and didn't get anything, I phoned constantly moaning and 4weeks later i had the site, then i started checking for my site on google and didn't find it even once, so I started to refuse to pay till it happened but it never did, now they are threatening to blacklist me for R10000,00.dont trust them they are all ***** the ***** your money after promising you the world.
