Inertial scrolling for my Web Browser

hi all

on my laptop i would love a plugin for one of my browsers which have inertial scrolling.

often while browsing the web, i scroll using 2 finger scrolling on my touchpad, now i thought it would be cool if ontop of me using 2 finger scrolling for scrolling, it would also be inertial (similar to how scrolling works on any modern touchscreen cellphone)

does anyone know of any such plugins?

my laptop has windows 7, FF or Chrome, im not fussy
