I would like to know what happens in these situations when you have Infinite Call:

Assume that a Infinite Call is charged at R10.00

1. You start the call at 18h55 and keep it going. Lets say the call is at R5.00 by 19h00, will the call charge just keep going until it reaches R10.00? Or will it just keep on going until you hang up because the call didn't start during Callmore time?

2. You start the call at 18h00 and keep it going. Lets say the call is at R15.00 by 19h00, will the call charge stop at R15.00? Or will it just keep on going until you hang up because the call didn't start during Callmore time?

Don't know how it's working now...

But when I had ISDN and callmore (infinit call), the following used to be the way they billed me:

Using your example no1.

If a call were started at 18h55 and by 19h00 the call is at R5.00, then the billing will keep on running for another R10 to R15 before they stop charging.

:)

AFAIK if the call is started in peak time then normal charges apply for the portion in peak time. The Infinite Call rate only starts once callmore time commences i.e. in your examples given the callcost would be:
1. R5 for peaktime + R10 for infinitecall = R15
2. R15 for peaktime + R10 for infinitecall = R25
This was the position about 4 years ago.

mikef is right. thats how it is with the values being accrued to the infinite call standard.
