Infraco and Neotel

In cape town i have noticed that there are 2 cables being laid. the one i know is is neotels, which runs from melkbos to their exchange in durbanville. the other one im not sure about, their bakkies are unmarked and they are laying a good number more cables in the pipe then neotel (neotel only has one cable running).. this pipe runs from melkbos to town.. could this be infraco? wat exactly is infracos position gonna be in the industry?

a pipe that holds the fibre, buried next to the road..

in neotels pipe, theyre only putting one fiber cable..

but in the pipe going to cape town, theyre putting about 6 cables..

i cant hep but take note of these things

Ah, ok, cool - only seen them ripping up Doordrift Rd in Constantia - but it's Telkom - I was very dissapointed

mmm, i wonder...infraco vs Neotel ??? or is that the same company ?? keep guessing your not to far of...let me give you a clue. infraco is a longer word the neotel !!
