I highly doubt they even have a marketing manager.

They're pathetic and unethical. Unfortunately I have no other option till I move, it's uncapped with them or LTE that may get throttled.

This 'ISP' told me about 3 months ago that their pricing will be updated in July. I emailed and asked them if this was still the case. They told me that 'management' was still working on it and that it will be posted at the end of July.

Jesus H Christ. Nothing in the ISP world takes 3 months. Except maybe leeways from municipalities.

Just as reference, for a 20/20 line.

It turns out our entire complex of about 220 units, is masqueraded behind a single public IP.

So Mr. X can be downloading kiddie porn, and Infraplex would be none the wiser of who in the complex was doing so.

Also, I cannot access my Mikrotik from outside my network because of this. They want to sell me a public IP for R50pm, but I reckon I should already have a dynamic public IP by default.

This company is the pits. It's annoying.
