This cannot just be my experience. For probably years now I have been unable to use Woolies Dash app as it is a bug-infested mess. I cannot login, and when it randomly lets me in, will just as randomly kick me out in the middle of adding stuff to the cart.

I also cannot login to the website as it will not accept my password. Of course the password is valid, and even resetting it doesn't work as the OTP emailed to me is never accepted by the website/app. no matter how many times I've tried. I've tried Chromium browsers as well as Firefox, also incognito mode, no dice.

I've probably gained a few more grey hairs trying to use their online services.

I still won't forget the day a literal taxi full of men rocked up at my front door to deliver my Woolworths parcel. The Taxi driver is obviously working two jobs. It was scary as hell, but also funny. Wasn't the friendliest guy either and could barely speak English.

I haven't tried it, prefer to shop in store mostly.

Only in Affrica!

A Takealot driver delivered a parcel to me once in his battered car, smoking a spliff, seat reclined so far back and so many boxes piled up in the back they reached the ceiling.

Yeah the MrD guys have very poor condition cars. I guess they just keep the job until their car falls apart and then they are without work. I even had to help push start a couple of the guys.

My mom lives in an independent living unit in a large retirement village. It seems that the Woolworths app defaults the street address for all deliveries to her specific house address.

This happens regularly, sometimes with multiple deliveries per day. I get constant calls from her asking if I ordered anything from Woolworths for her.

Major issues arise when she's not around and her carer just unpacks the delivery into the shelves and fridge or they assume I sent it.

This has been going on for months.
