Injections - Why ask for one?

Guys, I'm about to see a doctor in a moment. My wifey has already reminded me more than twice today that I should ask for an injection!!! Is she CRAZY??! :D
She always ask for one when she visits a doctor? Do you guys ever ask for one? :)
 
Hehe. Suppose it depends if you need the injection? What kind of injection is she talking about? There are many... Injection of love maybe? :D
 
Nope. I avoid it as much as possible. but then I avoid taking medication as much as possible too.

I haven't taken any injections for years. Don't even take regular medication like tablets, syrups or supplements. In the last 2-3 years I can remember taking a Flutex once when I had the flu. I never really see the point of medication for small issues as we get better anyway. (I don't get sick much)

IF nothing works for pain sometimes you need to ask for one. You probably always go to the doctor because you are in pain.
She is tired of your moaning :D
 
Painkillers delivered by needle are usually more powerful. Would depend on the context though...she could just as well have meant a VitB injection which are mostly harmless though can hurt.
 
Injection for what?
It sounds like a druggie asking for a clean syringe and needle for their... um.. habit.

I think he might be a nag... she want him to be euthanized.. It has not worked yet.. so she keeps on asking'

What's the point of taking meds injection or other if it's not needed.
If you believe you can only get better after a needle in the butt .....

I think the last time I had an injection was back in 1992

Also avoid doctors like the plague. I have a simple rule "If an ambulance has to take me to a Hospital, we have to drive past at least 3 hospitals on route, if we get there and I am still alive, they can take me back home." If I didn't die by then chance are I wont. :)
