Last year I was able to get two new batteries couriered to me... even the ones not in use swelled up.

Is there any hope of getting a new battery for this phone as the office number is no longer listed and I believe they have fully pulled out of SA.

If it's a Innjoo Fire I could let you have one of my spares but the question is why are yours swelling?

Yup - Innjoo fire

I have been wondering the same thing. In total I have four swollen batteries from 2 phones now. And like I said even the batteries not in use swelled over time and these were the replacement ones.

Swelling seems to be a common complaint - hence them being quick to replace them.
