Chronic meds for what? Are your kidneys okay? Are you a heavy drinker?
I suffered from insomnia for almost 20 years. I have managed to finally get rid of it with lifestyle changes and exercise (no need to overdo it, I walk and swim a bit). Watch what you are eating too. If you suffer from anxiety, you need to work on that big time. It was my number 1 cause of insomnia. And healthy doses of THC and CBD (if you don't mind being a bit goefed before bed time... if you do, just CBD).
I have been sleeping relatively well for 2 years now and I realise now what a negative impact lack of sleep had on me.
EDIT: Sleeping tablets did nothing other than provide some sleep but I also go full zombie on that schit and I just don't trust the stuff...
