Been having some bad insomnia for the last 3 weeks. Started 1 night when I wasn't able to fall asleep at all, not the best timing since I had to write an exam like that :wtf: Since then unless I take some kind of sleeping tablet no matter what time I go to bed I'll be up till around 4am easy. Am currently on Biogen Melatonin which is suppose to be almost all natural and go to bed around the same time every night with them and gonna start reducing the dosage slowly now and hopefully it'll be all fixed. Anyone else here had any similar insomnia issues like this and how did you manage to sort it out?
