All claims effect your next annual premium increase apparently. Cannot win. Fewer people are insuring and more people are electing to run away to avoid personal costs .

A good broker and/or insurer will get recoveries within weeks. It also depends on whether the the TP has their own insurance. If they're uninsured (which we think is about 60%), it could be a lot tougher.

Thank you Squire. It certainly makes sense to go this route to eliminate any doubt. For the video blogger, there would be endless footage of some of the clowns on our roads.
