Insurance settlement ORMS

Hello,
I had camera equipment stolen so my insurance is paying out to ORMS one of my lens is a sigma 180mm 2.8 macro.
Does anyone know if I could do like a trade in on that lens and rather get a 100-400 mm as I didn't really use the macro lens that much.
Any help would be great thanks.
 
Haha okay... True that actually completely slipped my mind... I will give them a call in the morning.
 
They have a used section so i'm sure they can....they recently made a blue & put a 10/10 condition lens on there for R8000.....going cost new,even getting it out of Hong Kong R17500.....following week they had another same lens listed for R14000 which also sold....guess they woke up to it but its worth checking in there from time to time

I chatted to them and they said it could be done and then they will just keep the difference as the excess.
