Hi there, TelkomGuy is he is watching this thread.
Many issues with intekom email.
1. Our @intekom.com email is not allowing us to login--seems the password has been reset; can you help resolve this issue? Who to call? Telkom 10210?? Is there a direct support line for email troubleshooting.
2. What is the setup for sending emails from iOS device (iPhone 6 Plus in particular)--we cant send email when away from Telkom WiFi--we set it to vodacom smtp when mobile.--what are the settings for pop3 and smtp?
Please help urgently as we are not able to access emails for the last 4 days now.
