not sure about the g3930 handling 4k but i can upgrade the cpu to an i3 7100 for an additional 750. i'm sure that will handle 4k at ease. will make an excellent HTPC.

It is a Kaby Lake Ce;lery with HDMI 2.0a/HDCP 2.2, it can handle HEVC/VP9 up to 4K/60Hz.
Double check, but I think it is good for HTPC.

EDIT: HD Graphics 610 is not supported by the latest driver - strange, but you can find a driver, read comments there:
