It won't go to AMD.

If however Intel is found guilty in the antitrust case then AMD could sue Intel for damages and seeing a precendent has already been set they should win their case.

I was just thinking that exact same question. 10% of €37.6 billion is quite the monstrous heap of money. Parts of it should go to law-abiding, good hearted, AMD supporting citizens like me.
