Does anybody know where i can get Intel GMA 4500 HD drivers for my Ubuntu 9.10. Ive looked everywhere

all i want to do is run compiz on my laptop

You don't need any additional drivers. Ubuntu Karmic comes with the latest intel drivers. Are you having issues getting compiz set up?
