Separately, Intel partially won a lawsuit against AMD when a federal court judge in the state of Delaware ruled that AMD could not sue Intel there for losses it claimed were due to Intel's monopolistic machinations in other countries.

Perhaps ICASA has been following this story and have completely lost the nerve to take a hard stance against Telkom. The disgusting profits produced by monopolistic practices is truly killing economies and free markets the whole world over. I hope the High-Telecoms-Cartel is proud of themelves :(
