Intel Mobile Processors

Can anyone comment on Core 2 Duo Pxxx series processors (Penryn-3M) ? Specifically the P8400 (2.266GHz, 3MB L2 cache, 1066MHz FSB). It seems like this processor should perform really well. How would it compare to, say, a T8xxx Series processor @ similar specs?
