Intel reveals 32nm Westmere processors

Intel has unveiled their first new processors for 2010 using the 32nm Westmere fabrication process

6 Cores with Hyper Threading. So windows will see 12 "CPUs" Imagine having a dual processor system with that!

AMD is in serious trouble.

Their 6 core processor is not gonna get close to intel 6 core. it will be stuck competing against the 4 core intel.

and AMD 4 cores will struggle to compete against the Intel Core i3/5 dual cores.

AMD really need their new architecture badly now. when core i3 is released, I will struggle to recommend any AMD CPU's to my clients.

It won't be too long before system RAM is included. Imagine running 5GB at CPU speed!

No Intel scrapped the Larrabee project, which is a dedicated graphics card, the likes of ATi and Nvidia.

All Intel has done here is kept the exsisting onboard graphics and moved it onto the CPU.
