We'll have to see... should be good.
I've heard some pretty exciting things about the new intel chips and I know that as soon as the desktop version is available the place where I currently work will be buying a whole big bunch and chucking them in.
Although intel really, really need to come up with better codenames!

For those that dont know, Pentium branding is going bye bye, and Core is now the word. These new desktop processors will be available in Core 2 Solo (single core) and Core 2 Duo (dual core) versions...

While I havent seen anything about that, I assume they will be where the Core 2 Solo comes in, single cores becoming the value line. Intel still has big stockpiles of P4's to get rid of, they still aim to sell a lot of P4's and Celeron Ds at real good prices for many months.
