Intel will really boost SA IT capabilities if they sponsor a free satellite over Africa and produce a direct link to that satellite within Intel CPU's. It might even make business sense as a feature that leaves AMD CPU customers out in the cold.
 
AMD is more likely to do this kind of thing...
