Intense Fingernail Pain

Oh those pictures are just siff 
I took some photos on my phone but they didnt come out with enough detail, would have left you with more questions than answers if I uploaded them
Went to the pharmacy, they gave me voltarine cream and tablets plus munching some panando
Cant say its doing much good yet

Are your nailes usually like that ? Seems a bit fungal. You might need clomtrimazole or the nail paint. Don't knw what they use in the retail sector for nail paint I was a hospital pharmacist I made my own paint from scratch.
Ok so the pain finally got the better of me and I went to the doctor on Friday
2 injections later and a scalpel cut down the right side of my finger and the pain was instantly gone ( funny how local anesthetic will do that) and the infection removed
Finger getting better by the day, still a bit swollen and numb but 1000% times better
