Interesting issue on Samsung s8

After the latest update, on Cell C, using Samsung s8,

Every now and then I am on a call and for a few seconds, i cant hear the other person at all then all of a sudden they come back.

It doesnt happen all the time but happens often enough, so you cannot hear a few seconds of voice


Any idea on solution?

Never mind. My understanding it that VoLTE uses IP data so technically buffering could occur. It should not though. Not sure if your phone + network uses VoLTE anyway.

Maybe try switching your phone to 2g/3g only and see if that makes any difference.
