Is it possible that on interleave mode my sync is more unstable with higher ping and low snr and with fast path my sync is stable with stable snr which has doubled from 6 to 13 and much lower ping?

good luck on that, I tried with the call centre and kept being placed back to the sales team as they have no idea what fast path / interleave means... a technician told me its not possible because of the new system in place? im just going to live with the increase in ping at the moment.

is there way to confirm if you are on interleave or fastpath..

i had mine changed to fastpath last night by telkom but know way of knowing for sure it was done.

using DGN3500 with modfs fw.

stays on interleave depth 1 up/down

Edit:
Snr on constant 9.8 before it was hovering on 6.1/2

This is why i am adamant that i am on interleave as that my snr is on 6.1 and 6.5 mostly as to where before my snr was always on 12 and above, i was on interleave and on Sunday i got changed to fast path and yesterday i changed to interleave again, anyone know if this can occur?

Yes, ASSIA is an automated system and to me it seems that the only thing Tekom can do is "reset to defaults" which gets "overwritten" as soon as ASSIA does its thing.

If only Telkom could blacklist a line so that ASSIA stays the F***K away from it.....

ive seen a post on MYbb that you need to request that you line goes manual.

this way you can play around with SNR

How did you get telkom to change it as i got mweb to call them and they said they cannot change it at all
