Intermitent Connectivity

I have HSDPA and I am having bad connectivity today in the Benoni (Westdene)area. It started at 5am this morning.

I am getting the No network selected thingy showing in the VMC. Helpdesk is useless as usual. I was on the line for 10 minutes on my MTN cell before hanging up.

Anyone else...?

The error message is pretty self explanatory, it's not seeing a network.

- Have you tried rebooting the modem, unplug and re-insert?
- Have you tried selecting the network by hand in the VMC?
- What happens if you put the SIM in a normal phone?
- Have you roamed by any change?

It is working fine again.

I tried all of the above, and I had no success. I have been online for the past 2 hours now quite happily, so I presume it was a network problem.
