Mine is fine ... I am on Saix

I lost elgooG 2 HOURS ago! (..you know how you get all stressed about something being missing only when it's gone) - and don't even talk about how most of the .us web has up and vanished (- well, at least for my regular sites that give me my daily comfort)

*grumble*

yes, all was fine during the storm, full speed, then suddenly, downloads stopped, no international - when the storm was almost over

Past midnight now, and the international sites are still *gone*. I Spoke to the Sentech call centre @ 21:53, and to quote, the problem is "due to the inclement weather". They had no "due time" for a resolution.

The 'bulletin board' on Sentech's site has no info at all. Come on Sentech, keep us in the loop please!

mmmmm.......still down at 07:50. I don't think we should get our hopes up for this to be resolved quickly

Just spoke to Sentech, the incident was logged ten minutes ago. They're working on it.

I logged a call at about 8. All very annoying...they said they only discovered it was a problem this morning. What, did absolutely no-one phone last night?

Somebody over at Sentech needs to wake up, I spoke to Donovan about the international sites last night at 21:53 and he blamed the weather... Then the problem has been going for a few hours already.

Surely they have monitoring tools to watch over their network?

The problem is the call centre just takes messages. It's up to other ppl to actually fix the problem.
