International browsing down?

Well, i guess that for every good one sentech does, it actualy makes 3 or 4 bad ones.
Up to 2 weeks ago, i can say that international latency was improved and i was actualy starting to think the old problems were over. Big mistake, i guess we are back to the same old problem. Im just fed up, btw, if anyone wants to cancel the contract, it just has to "move permanently" overseas, if u catch what im saying. They will have no choice as to cancel the contract. I just thought i would share this lil bit of info with you.

I'm not going to try call support because they record all calls for ' quality reasons '.... right !
 
They should remove the swearing filter in the Sentech subforum :(

A bunch of *'s can't accurately describe just how useless MyWireless is.
 
I would think this problems would only happen in ethiopia...hey, hold on a sec, ethiopia was rated better the SA in the last UN internet report...am i missing something?

i think sentech is slowly dismantling their service. they tried, couldn't do it, had to face nasty customers.... i mean, that would kill anyone's selfesteem...
they might try their hands on chicken farming next... cause everyone 'loves' chicken...

I gave in and called the support line - ' yes the internet is not available ' !
'Will there be anything on the bulletin board?'
'I don't think so - we havent received any information about that'.

Oxygen thieves - not the support staff but those in charge.

I want to browse the sites i feel like browsing, that's why i pay fraudtech big bucks every month, i guess im just stupid for giving them my hard earned money...cant do anything now...not for another year.
Dear sentech:
Why cant i access my favorite sites?
Why do you have such non-existent service?
Why dont you answer the freaking phone?
Why do you charge big bucks for a sometimes worse then dial-up connection?
Why do you adverstise yourself as a broadband isp?
Why dont you garantee any speed whatsoever?
Why do you keep having this kind of problems?
Why do you really, really, really, suck!???!?
