Seacom is down. Fault in the SEA-MEA-WE-4 cable I believe.

I thought they did cabling that removed the need for them to rely on SEA-MEA-WE-4? Or am I getting it wrong?

AFAIK they were going to removed the section between Mumbai and the Suez Canal. If the break is in the Mediterranean then everyone is affected (like last time...)
