International cable faults

We are experiencing issues with upstream transits due to two separate submarine cable faults off the east coast of the USA and the Spanish coast. We apologize for the poor international speeds and will keep you posted on expected resolution time periods.

Hi Roland, I am aware of that. I have an IT company and one department is web design and hosting.

I am referring to the actual south african servers. example my company website is hosted locally on a dedicated server. still loads allot slower than normal... only this past 4 days tho.
