International Dead

Yup. International traffic is stone-dead right now

Google, facebook etc.. all down, I just get an page load error each time.
ping on neotel.co.za is good 200ms range
just seems to be lilekker sites loading.

nb: same with mirc defaults ports, the first sign I noticed international traffic was de-propogating

Neotel - are aware of the situation finally after contacting them more than 3 times, to confirm if it's a network fault or on my side. ..

Latency are rocketing off the roof
2400 ms - 3200ms

Just did a speed and latency test and almost fell of my chair.
With international down I did the speedtest with speedtest.neotel.co.za.
Speedtest at 800kbps and latency stable at 100-200ms.

I haven't seen a speedtest above 150kbps after the first week I got my prime device.

When international comes back I will most likely go back to sub 150kbps :(

Even Fiber was down - Do they have redundency on their links?

@Intox what is your latency now that international is back up?

not stable anymore :( , also speedtest is at 290kbps, down from just over 800kbps.
Still better than I usually get, most days im at 150kbps with around 20% packet loss.

That's terrible, it doesn't look like they should have even sold you the product. I don't think those Postnet/Neotel guys care about signal quality at all unfortunately. They just get told where they can sell the devices so they do it. Not a good idea.
