intl dead here too, not doing downloading - no gmail, you tube, was trying to edit a pdf online but couldn't get to that either. So far my service with Mweb has been really good the past 10 days, very impressed, after 12 usually get max speeds on my line if i need to download anything and during the day it's been pretty excellent too regarding streaming etc..wonder what's up though - do they have an alert board which shows updates when there's a problem ?
