Not sure if related, but can anyone please explain why my FNB Connect (Seacom, I think) connection has been so dodgy recently?

Have constant problems browsing MyBb specifically, while most other sites load fine.

Always getting these, need to refresh a few times for pages to load:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/xxxxxxxxxxxx

The following error was encountered:
