international down again?

I am in cape town, using MWEB. Was just playing eve and started getting some issues with lag etc.. so i thought i would be safe and change to BF3 for a bit... but played for liek 5 min and then got dropped from EA..

Now it seems like i cant load any internation webpage... anyone else got the same problem?

It is up and down... this morning international is slow...
I was online when it died completely so I confirm your experience

8:48- international dead!
9:05- 12kbyte/sec
9:09- 208kbyte/sec

I have a graph, its up and down like a yo-yo... this crap started last night...

I've also noticed that performance has been sporadic the last 2 days. Sometimes everything works 100%, other times everything (webpages, steam, torrents, etc) is taking ages to load, connect or download. For the last 3 hours Steam has managed to download only 18mb of dustforce (389mb).
I'm hoping all of this gets sorted out soon. In general I love mweb, but days like these where internet performance is dead in the water has been getting more and more regular lately.

Just phoned them and they said there is nothing wrong, told me to phone telkom and get something called a pot recreation ??
