Hmmm I wonder if we're (Mweb users) are on a redundancy line... my download rate won't pick up past 150kb/s where just a few minutes ago it was going full line speed. Something strange is going on.

From a tracert it seems we are on SAT3 again? Or whatever the telkom route is called.
