International down?

Anyone else having trouble with international access? I can access anything local, but international does not even resolve:

Unable to resolve target system name www.google.com.

I had a problem yesterday afternoon, but only with the Google site. I could access it from my office network though. Last night couldn't connect at all, just gave up round 21:00

I've noticed transient DNS problems over the last few days. For some reason none of my PCs (all using the same DNS machines) will be able to resolve a certain site for a few seconds, maybe a bit longer. However, if I refresh repeatedly it eventually resolves properly and the page loads as it should have originally.
