International host provider bad experience

Hi Guys

i'm having a terrible experience with an international host provider Neolo.com to be in specific, i have cancelled their services now it seems they have been ignoring my requests for a refund. Can anyone assist in advising how to go about getting my money back?
 
If it was a SA provider you could have lodged a complaint with ISPA, so only advise would be to do a chargeback via your bank (if your reason is valid)

Thank u F for the reply, the thing is it's like two weeks now since i bought a hosting package from them but ever since nothing seemed to have worked out stable as i've been sending tickets after tickets not to mention they have all the recent emails data, so I'm not a bank could assist because of the time frame
