Hi Everyone,

I'm new to ADSL and read as much as I could from this forum which helped me a lot.
Just the following question regarding ADSL providers:
What is the difference between International and Local?
Is my assumption correct in saying that you can only browse & download .co.za sites when you only buy Local.

Thank you for a great forum.

Hi Cor

The difference between international and local depends on where the server is physically located, not on the domain.

If a domain (no matter whether it is a .co.za or .com or anything else) is hosted on a server which is located in South Africa, then you will be able to access it with a "local only" account.

.co.za domains may be hosted overseas, in which case you will not be able to access them with a "local only" account.
