I Have decided that if i ever get a overseas parcel again i will send it to their offices and fetch it there, its much simpler than waiting and waiting for the post to arrive at my post box
 
yeh, looks like right place.
have you been already? i always collect my parcels from there, rather than have it sent to PO which can take a week or so and vanish on route.
take ID, copy of invoice just in case they dont have one and a lot of patience - you tend to wait an hour plus.

Yup, that's the way to do it.
I've fetched some ordered parts for my car there a few times now. Works like a charm and there's never really a line of people, just takes a while for them to locate the package. Bit of a mission for me to get there but still much better than waiting for our useless SAPO to move a parcel around a few km's.

The Lady Gave me a Address to send it to, then it arrives at the counter and i can fetch it right at the counter.

The wait is just a bit irritating but at least i eventually got the parcel
