International Problems

Is anyone still having problems with international? mine is hardly moving at all, went to speedtest.net and all I could get was 70kb down and 128kb up.
512 line with Openweb....:(
 
SOME American servers are giving me slow down speeds. Central america = slow. east coast america = fine.

Tested one in England and in Japan which were fine.

Yes... fracking slow as molasses right now... everything is taking ages to load :(

I thought was my router or our exchange... but seems on a bigger level.
Come and goes.
 
mine died last night, almost all the time pages 1/2 load or not at all.. just morning every thing seems normal *keeps his fingers crossed*
 
this morning i had trouble accessing the myadsl website (which is hosted on IS, right?) and had 400ms ping. saix worked fine and I had minor international issue.
Waited an hour and it all worked again. I used two saix accounts when I had the troubles and both had the same issues. wth is going on lately?
 
Well, it is now 21:33 and I got time outs from absa, telkomsa.net, standardbank.

What can the problem be? I have just tried to download the speed test file from telskum's site and managed anything between 6-16kbps.
And this is on an ADSL line!?:eek:

At this rate I may as well get out of my office and fly to the USA to deliver my e-mail :mad:

Remind me what we are paying Telkom for???:confused:

If not that, then the private Learjet...

We're supposed to get a service, in exchange for money, but it seems to me that somebody at telkom has lost it completely...
