Hi all ..
Just looking for a little feedback or advice, My wife travels a fair bit for business, and has just landed in Hong Kong, This is now the third time that she has landed (after speaking to Virgin consultants etc about roaming) and not been able to SMS or call while in Hong Kong.
Now at some stage of today Im going to have to call Virgin and loose my cool, but I was wondering if anyone else had similar problems, and was able to apply pressure or get them to jump to get it sorted. Obviously being stuck in a foreign country without a cell is very far from ideal, and to be honest, I really feel like contractually Virgin are not living up to their end of the bargain, and Id REALLY like to march into a Virgin office and cancel and migrate it to another provider .. cause this is really .. for lack of a better word .. bull****.
Anyway .. Id appreciate any help anyone can give (cell rep, or user) ..
