International Routing Problem since 9:00am

I cannot get my mail from 69.65.40.11 in the states. The server is up - using the saix proxy "cache.saix.net" - I can log into the webmail account. I can also ping the server from www.kloth.net but not from SA. Anyone else having issues -Any ideas ???

I can ping it on SAIX.

Try using "http://dsl-cache.saix.net/" as the proxy?
