So my speeds are averaging about 7kB/s internationally if I'm to go by Speedtest. This is more a case of trying to understand what's actually going on.... Once every week or fortnight, this happens to me.... my international is basically useless, but others will report full line speed.
Then a day or so later, my speed will pick up, only to have others suffering with speed issues.
My question is, is it possible to have an equivalent of Eskom's load shedding, just with bandwidth?When this happens, it seems to affect all my ISP's (namely Telkom and Mweb) which makes me think it's possibly exchange related?
So, is anyone else having problems with international speeds intermittently?? And is it possible to shift bandwidth and speed to certain areas??
