Internet Browsers download file limit

How do i turn off the file limit? i think its around 30MB, anything over and you cant DL it

i understand that it blocks you from downloading large files with BIS but last night i tried to used my wifi, turned "mobile network" off, i could still browse but couldnt DL.

Is your ISP account through Mweb uncapped by any chance?

are your files downloading to a point.. then just stopping/failing/timing out?
or do they not start at all?

they dont start at all, i get the BB message "HTTP Error 413: Request Entity Too Large"
